In Lebanon, we don’t have a health narrative. We have health noise.
Every day, I scroll through social media platforms, and find another self-proclaimed wellness expert pushing advice that’s scientifically wrong, potentially dangerous, or ; at best, utterly confusing.
No one’s fact-checking. No one’s translating science into context. And worst of all? No one’s filling the gap.
Because here’s the truth:
- Lebanon doesn’t have a clear, public-facing health communication voice.
- The Ministry’s content is dry, disconnected, or invisible.
- Most physicians aren’t online, or if they are, they’re not being heard.
And that vacuum? It’s being filled fast by influencers, TikTokers, and marketers who know how to go viral... but not how to be right.
As an MD and a medical writer, I didn’t pivot into medcomms and content because it was trendy. I did it because there was no one doing it correctly.
And that’s what I’ve built MedWrite for:
To bridge the science and the story. To make evidence-based content not just accurate, but relevant. And to take back that narrative; one well-written post, infographic, or campaign at a time.
If you’re a healthcare brand, a doctor, a startup, a pharmaceutical carrier, or a pharmacist trying to do better, we need to talk.
Because Lebanon doesn’t need more noise. It needs strategy, accuracy, and impact. And the time to build that was yesterday.
